Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During high order volumes, processing may take slightly longer. Customers will be notified if there are any delays.

Shipping Timeframes

Delivery estimates within South Africa:

  • Major cities: 2–5 business days after dispatch
  • Outlying / rural areas: 3–7 business days after dispatch

Courier Services

Delivery Issues

We will investigate the issue with the courier and assist you as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure all delivery details are correct at checkout.

Devoni Natural is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers or failed deliveries due to address errors.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
